By accessing or using the Pezaar platform (mobile application and website), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One account per person; multiple accounts may be terminated

3. Services Offered

Pezaar provides the following services:

• E-Commerce: Purchase of wellness, personal care, home care, and lifestyle products
• Mobile Recharge: Prepaid and postpaid mobile recharge for all Indian operators
• Digital Wallet: Store funds, earn cashback, and make payments
• Referral Program: Earn bonuses by referring new users to the platform

4. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Orders are subject to product availability and delivery serviceability
• We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet balance
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected

5. Wallet & Cashback

• Wallet balance can be used for purchases and recharges on the Platform
• Cashback is credited as per ongoing offers and is non-transferable
• Withdrawal of wallet funds is subject to KYC verification and applicable deductions
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue cashback offers at any time

6. Mobile Recharge

• Recharges are processed instantly and are non-refundable once successful
• Failed recharges will be automatically refunded to wallet within 24 hours
• We are not responsible for incorrect numbers entered by the user
• Recharge plans and pricing are sourced from operators and may change without notice

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false information or impersonate others
• Manipulate referral systems or exploit promotional offers fraudulently
• Resell products purchased from our Platform without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software are the property of Pezaar or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pezaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, pending orders will be fulfilled or refunded.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
